Through home inspections: As trained home inspectors, we have the experience and SOPs in place to know what to look for, where to find it, and signs of any trouble. Our training and certifications ensure we know signs of potential issues like leaks, pests, and security breaches.

Detailed reports with images: For every home visit, we deliver a complete report that includes essential items such as images and detailed notes. Our thorough run through of your home is designed to give you a broad view of the status of your home. We report on all issues, major AND minor, from a damaged roof to a fallen tree branch.

How often do you conduct inspections?
Our services are flexible based on your needs. We’ve had clients require visits multiple times per week to only once per month.
What do you check for during a home inspection?
We check for any visible signs of damage including water, fire, and impact. We run through a lighter version of our standard home inspections. If a storm has recently occurred, we offer a specialized, more in-depth, storm inspection to check the livability of the home.
What happens if you find an issue or emergency during a home inspection? How will I be notified?
A key part of our onboarding is getting a list of contacts we can contact should something occur. You provide us with your phone number as a primary and a list of secondary contacts should you be unavailable. Our tiered contact approach ensures we are able to contact someone who can take immediate action if required.
Do you offer customized service packages to meet my specific needs?
Yes, we offer custom packages based on your needs. We run through a series of questions when first starting and make recommendations based on your answers to provide service that meets all your needs.
How do you handle mail and package forwarding?
We work with you to determine how many times per month you need us to pick up and forward your mail. After picking up your mail, we then pack it into a box and mail it to your other address.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed through INTERNACHI and have the necessary insurance to keep both parties protected.
